Commission Terms of Service

read through this carefully before sending me a message regarding commissions.
this is a business transaction.1. If for any reason I feel uncomfortable accepting your request, I have the right to refuse it.
2. You are allowed to use the artwork in any way you see fit as long as you give proper credit for it. This involves reposting the image or using it as an icon/header.
3. Updates will be sent during the process of creation. If you want anything changed before completion, please let me know during these updates.
4. Color schemes may be tweaked, however, if you prefer the original palette, please let me know.
5. It may take anywhere from two days to two months to finish a single piece depending on how detailed it is. Contacting me about the piece in question is perfectly fine, but please don't rush me.
6. Payment will only be delivered upon completion. I will send a watermarked picture for your approval beforehand. I accept USD on venmo and cashapp. I will not send the finished picture without the watermark until payment.
7. I do not do refunds for any reason. Message me before issuing a chargeback if there are any concerns.
8. I maintain the rights to my own work. I may post the finished piece on my socials.
